Information we collect

We may collect the name, phone number, and email address you provide when you contact Cuttone Health, request information, book a call, or ask for care. We may also receive call and SMS metadata, such as the phone number used, date and time, delivery status, and whether a message was sent or received.

Please do not include medical history, symptoms, medications, diagnoses, or other protected health information in a website form, email, or text message. The website request form is limited to service, name, email, phone, and contact consent.

When you use this website, we may also receive limited technical and usage information, such as the page viewed, browser, device type, and approximate region, to understand site performance. We do not use website analytics to collect medical information.

How we use information

We use this information to respond to requests, arrange a call, provide booking information, share office hours or address details, confirm an appointment, return a callback, operate the website, and protect the security of our services.

Cuttone Health uses SMS only for transactional customer care after you provide verbal opt-in during a live phone call. Messages may relate to a Jane booking link, office address or hours, appointment confirmation, or a callback. This is not a marketing or promotional SMS program.

SMS customer-care program

Message frequency varies. Messages may relate to booking, hours, address, appointment confirmation, or callback.

Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by texting STOP. Text HELP for help. Opting out stops future SMS customer-care messages, except for a message needed to confirm your request to stop.

We do NOT share mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

Full program details and the opt-in script are published on our SMS Program page.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We do not track visitors until they make a choice. On your first visit, a cookie banner at the bottom of the screen lets you accept or reject non-essential tracking, or open "Manage" for category-level control. You can reopen this at any time using the Cookie Preferences link in the website footer. Your choice is stored in your browser, applies for up to 12 months, and we will ask again if that period passes or if this policy changes materially.

Here is every tool the website actually loads, and why:

  • Google Analytics 4 (analytics, requires consent) — helps us understand which pages are visited and how the site performs. It is not loaded, and no _ga cookies are set, unless you accept analytics tracking. We configure it with Google signals and ad personalization turned off, and IP addresses shortened. We never send analytics the content of a form, a name, an email address, a phone number, your selected service or reason for visit, or anything about a health condition. To opt out, use Cookie Preferences, your browser's cookie settings, or the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
  • Google Fonts (strictly necessary, no consent required) — loads the typefaces used on this site directly from Google's servers so pages render correctly. This does not set advertising cookies, but your browser does make a request to Google's font service, which can see the requesting IP address.
  • Jane App (third party, used only if you choose to book) — "Book a call" and related booking links open Jane App's own scheduling site in a new tab. Jane App is a separate company with its own privacy policy and cookies, which we do not control. We recommend reviewing Jane App's privacy practices before booking.
  • Hosting infrastructure (strictly necessary, no consent required) — our hosting and load-balancing provider may use technical, cookieless request routing to deliver the website reliably. This website does not set its own login or session cookie.
  • Email and SMS delivery (strictly necessary, used only when you contact us) — when you submit the "Get started" form or sign up for SMS customer care, we use third-party email and text messaging providers solely to deliver that message and your requested reply. These providers do not place tracking cookies in your browser.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use analytics to collect health information.

Global Privacy Control: if your browser or an extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of marketing/advertising tracking and of any sale or sharing of personal information, automatically, without needing to visit Cookie Preferences.

Sharing, retention, and choices

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate scheduling, email, communications, hosting, security, or the website, only for those services and subject to appropriate obligations. We do not share mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, legal obligations, safety, dispute resolution, and recordkeeping. To ask a privacy question or request access or correction, contact us at patientsuccess@cuttonehealth.com.

Safety

Text messages and this website are not for emergencies. If you may be experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not send medical details by text or through the website.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under state privacy laws, including New Jersey's Data Privacy Act and similar laws in California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and other states. These can include the right to know what personal information we hold about you, request a copy of it, correct it, delete it, and opt out of the sale of personal information, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. Separately, HIPAA governs your rights regarding protected health information, as described in our Notice of Privacy Practices above.

We do not sell personal information and do not use website analytics to collect health information. Where applicable, we honor a Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out of sale/sharing and targeted advertising.

To exercise a privacy right, manage tracking preferences, or ask a question, use Cookie Preferences in the footer or contact us at patientsuccess@cuttonehealth.com or (862) 701-9391. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
